Artist Bio:
Jordan Pellegrini is a figurative artist from Chicago. Utilizing a bold graphic style, her work focuses on femme figures in strange portrait and pin-up scenarios, integrating abstract body horror concepts and her own experience as a woman.
Artist Statement:
My practice is currently focused on explicitly femme figurative artwork and experimenting with different concepts of my own identity as a woman as it relates to that, one that I find beautiful and bizarre. I've also begun mixing in different mediums, such as collage, to try and push the pieces.
